The replacement process usually takes about 1 week to get processed.
The replacement of the T-shirt because of color will only be accepted if the color is totally different and not in different shade, as it might be because of the photographic and lighting conditions.
The replacement because of size will only be accepted if the delivered size and the order size is different ( eg. - ordered size - XL, Delivered Size - L)
